"Caleb Siemon is defining a new aesthetic in glass blowing with his mixture of contemporary design + centuries old methods. Established in 1999, Caleb Siemon has quickly become an internationally recognized brand in the world of glass blowing. Caleb Siemon was raised in a creative environment and developed a love for ceramics and jewelry making at a young age. It was this that lead him to a summer art camp where he discovered his true passion for glass blowing. In 1993 he was accepted to Rhode Island School of Design, where he was exposed to an international group of artists. Through opportunities at RISD, he studied glass blowing throughout the United States, Hawaii, New Zealand, Japan + Scotland. After graduating with a BFA in glass blowing, Caleb set out for Venice, Italy where he apprenticed for two years with the world renowned master glass sculptor Pino Signoretto. Geoff McFetridge is a graphic designer and visual artist based in Los Angeles. He was born in Calgary, Canada and received his BFA from the local Alberta College of Design. Geoff continued his education at California Institute of the Arts in Los Angeles, receiving his MFA in 1995. Created by the renowned architect + theorist, Teddy Cruz (Estudio Teddy Cruz), for the "Tijuana: Strange New World" exhibition. Over the past decade, a seismic shift in economic and political forces has transformed life in the second-largest city on the West Coast, situated at the most heavily trafficked international border crossing in the world. Tijuana's newfound wealth and haphazard expansion have changed patterns of migration for the city's many artists, who once routinely moved north to Los Angeles but are now staying or returning, and being joined by friends from Mexico City and beyond.

Teddy Cruz won the 2004-2005 James Stirling prize for Border Postcard: chronicles from the edge, a project exploring new urban strategies for the international border zone spanning San Diego and Tijuana. He has designed new mixed-use developments that reuse and adapt existing structures and recycled materials.

"Empire" documents two photographs. The first was taken in 1973. It is an image of the artist's sister, father, and pregnant mother at the top of the Empire State Building. The second image was taken in 2005, when the artist moved to New York. The image documents the exact site where her family stood 32 years prior, looking out towards lower Manhattan.

Lisa is based in New York. Recently, she has had one-person exhibitions at GrimmRosenfeld Munich, LAXART in Los Angeles + GrimmRosenfeld New York. Last spring she worked with haudenschildGarage to produce a work in Buenos Aires titled Recoleta.
